Authentic Indian & British Cuisine

We chose this place for a meal whilst staying in Montrose and loved everything about it. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and the menu offered so much more than just Indian food. Something for everyone, we both had Indian dishes that came with rice and were very reasonably priced. My only one slightly negative comment that the portion sizes are huge and it was hard to finish the meal.

Today I went with family for 4 dinners. The battered fresh haddock I had was the best I`ve ever eaten in my life. It was very fresh and beautifully cooked. The other three meals were also equally delicious. The service was quick and efficient. Our waiter was very attentive and pleasant. Great ambiance and lovely location. I rate Stroma`s 5 star.

The food is hands down the best I've had in Montrose or even Scotland. Our order was quick to come and every mouthful was delicious. We opted for the steak and chicken fajitas, they were amazing! They had a little chilli kick post eating, the meat was absolutely delicious and the accompanying peppers and onions finished the meal off beautifully. I would highly recommend a visit to Stroma if you're in the Montrose area, a real jewel.
